Shipping & Handling

We package up and ship out fast!  We say 1 to 3 business days, but we can usually box up shipment same day or within 24 hours during non-holiday times. Shipping within the United States takes 2-5 business days typically. International shipping takes 5 days to 30 days depending on which country we are shipping to.

We ship outside of the US!

We ship USPS Fist Class Worldwide.  Contact Us if you have any trouble with the checkout process.  

USPS First Class Worldwide is not insured and there is no tracking after it leaves the US border, so it is at your own risk, but it is quite a bit cheaper.  If you want to add insurance, please Contact Us and we will get back to you ASAP with the additional cost.

Every once in awhile customs in certain countries will hold an order or try to charge you more to deliver your item.  When this happens, it is of no fault of ours and we will be unable to help you with getting your item and paying the extra amount.  If you are in a country that has very strict custom procedures, shipping in packages from outside your own country is at your own risk.

Tracking information will be emailed to you.  You can also find out your shipment’s status by logging into your account.  Go to Contact Us if you need additional information.

Curbside Pickup

If you would like to pickup your order curbside, you can select Curbside Pickup at checkout!  It is FREE!  We will contact you when your order is ready.  Once we contact you that your pickup is ready, you can come and get your order any day from 11-4pm.  Give us a buzz when you are here. 520-792-3343

Exchange/Refund Information

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from the date ordered, with a few exceptions. Check non-returnable items list below.  Returned items must be unworn/unused and in the same condition they were in before we shipped them to you. )

-Please list the item(s) you would like in replacement.

Shipping costs you’ve incurred through us or by sending items back to us are not refundable.  If you are outside of the United States, you will be responsible for covering the cost of us shipping the new items to you.

Q. Is everything you have in stock in your brick and mortar store also available in your online shop?

A. No, we are constantly getting in new items in our Tucson, AZ shop and we try to get up as much online as possible, but we definitely have more in-store.  Follow us on our social media platforms to keep up to date on new shipments & sign up for our Newsletter!


Q: I want an item that is sold out, can I still get it?

A: Go to Contact Us and let us know what item you are interested in and we will get back to you ASAP with information on whether or not we will be getting it back in stock.


Update:  We will notify everyone on social media when our brick and mortar store is open again!

Q: What are your physical store hours?

A: We are open Mon-Thurs 11-7, Fri-Sat 11-9 & Sun 11-6

(We are open extended hours through the Christmas holiday).


Q: Can I model for your website or for your fashion shows?

A: If you are interested in modeling for Razorz Edge and you are near the Tucson, Arizona area, please go to Contact Us and give us this info:

-Where you are located

-Your Age (you must be 18 years or older or have parental consent)

-Put in any links (Model Mayhem, Facebook, etc) where we might be able to see any previous model photos.

-Your email address and phone number


Q: I am a photographer/event coordinator/stylist, etc and I would like to partner with your store or borrow items for a photo shoot/fashion show/etc…are you up for this?

A: We do partner up every once in awhile.  Go to Contact Us and give us as much information about your event as possible and we will get back to you if we are interested.


Q: Do you have an in-house photographer and makeup artist for your photo shoots?

A: Yes, we do.  We still like to hear from local photographers/makeup artists  in case we need extra help for events. 


Q: Are you currently hiring? 

A: We are currently only in Tucson, AZ.  If you are interested in working with us, email us your resume.  We don’t need to hire often, but we keep resumes on file in case a position opens up.  


Q: Is your website secure?

A: Yes!  We have security in place, so all your information is secure.  Credit Card numbers are not stored on our website.
